一 |     (ECNS) -- Chinese Olympic snowboarding champion Su Yiming has been named the Sport4Land Champion for Resilience by the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) on Wednesday.        Su will promote public participation in land restoration, drought resilience and sustainable land management.    "The mountains gave me the opportunity to pursue my dreams. Protecting nature means preserving the same opportunities for future generations," he said.    At 22, Su is one of the world’s top snowboarders, winning gold and silver at the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and adding gold and bronze at the 2026 Milano Cortina Games.    He also founded the Super Sports Foundation to support grassroots sports. His appointment comes ahead of UNCCD COP17 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, Aug. 17–28.    (By Helen Mo, intern Liu Shuangjing)                    。    中新网北京8月21日电 (记者 郭超凯)水法修订草案二次审议稿将提请十四届全国人大常委会第二十四次会议审议。全国人大常委会法工委发言人黄海华21日在记者会上表示，草案二审稿拟加强水资源保护与节约利用，完善水价形成机制等规定。         　　2026年4月，十四届全国人大常委会第二十二次会议对水法修订草案进行了初次审议。黄海华在记者会上介绍，根据各方面意见，二次审议稿拟作以下主要修改：一是进一步落实习近平总书记关于治水重要论述精神，明确国家水网建设总体要求，增加加快构建国家水网，统筹水资源、水环境、水生态、水灾害治理等规定；二是与生态环境法典做好衔接，完善水资源刚性约束制度等规定；三是落实为基层减负的要求，明确县级以上地方人民政府“根据实际需要”制定流域规划；四是加强水资源保护与节约利用，完善水价形成机制等规定。(完)                【编辑:付子豪】。
